About the Position As a data coordinator at WSP Digital Solutions, you are responsible for ensuring that the project's digital materials are properly structured. You participate in the entire project's lifecycle and work with strategies for information management, coordination between disciplines, project management, and quality assurance of deliveries to the client's project areas.

As a data coordinator, you should be able to work with digital project management in the maintenance and management phase. Here, you ensure that the project's information is structured in a way that is receivable and useful for the client's long-term management, so that data, models, and documents function even after the project's completion.

Within the role, you will also work with the project's digital platforms and ensure that they function both internally and with the client.

At the Digital Solutions department, supporting junior colleagues is important, and you should contribute to competence development and knowledge sharing within the team and across the company.

The position is located in Stockholm or Uppsala.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Working with management data and reception coordination

• Creating structure for digital project areas within projects

• Developing manuals, routines, and templates for assignments

• Establishing and administering digital project areas

• Acting as support in information management

• Controlling and ensuring the quality of files

• Performing and coordinating deliveries to clients

• Conducting training in assignments within the subject area

Qualifications We are looking for someone with a couple of years of experience working as a data coordinator/digital project manager with experience in management. You have a post-secondary education in a relevant field. You have a good knowledge of documentation systems and management systems where you have experience in producing and adjusting CAD files. Furthermore, you have an understanding of all stages of the construction process and how it affects delivery requirements. You should also have knowledge of component management. We are keen to drive development forward, so it is desirable if you also have previous experience in project management. The position is a coordinating function that requires collaboration across multiple disciplines. It assumes that you are positive, communicative, and have an interest in leading, inspiring, and educating colleagues and employees.

• Chaos Desktop

• ACC

• BIM360

• Familiarity with other file management programs

• Component management

• Familiarity with ISO 55 000 & ISO 19650

As our deliveries are mainly in Swedish, it is important that you are proficient in the language, both spoken and written.
